The Zero Alcohol Beverages team from Heineken Global came to us with a big question – how can we continue to grow our business beyond our classic beer & ciders in the non-alcoholic space? The business wanted to understand the large cultural movements and consumer opportunities that would drive their category, product, and brand innovation strategies & pipeline – ultimately delivering an ironclad strategy, framework, and initial product ideas to propel the strategy into reality.

Our team delivered a global innovation vision and framework fueled by cultural insight, consumer trends, and primary insights from our non-traditional research tools. This framework was brought to life further through as we facilitated multiple global ideation sessions to create new 0,0% product ideas that are being tested around the world.
